Horseshoe Reef is a unique and colorful dive site featuring two distinct horseshoe-shaped reef formations that give the site its name. Located off Oʻahu’s southern coast, it’s an intermediate-level reef dive known for high visibility, playful topography, and lively marine life.
Swim through coral channels, glide past reef ledges, and spot yellowtail coris, rock-mover wrasse, and Sergeant Major fish guarding their vibrant purple egg patches. At night, the elusive dragon moray sometimes makes an appearance, adding a thrilling twist to the site.
Just beyond the main reef, Secret Reef hosts a turtle cleaning station and sleeping white tip reef sharks, making this area a marine sanctuary full of surprises.
